Research activities

My research field is Data Mining. I work on new algorithms and methods of frequent itemset discovery, hypergraph transversal computation, and formal concept analysis. I have a particular interest in approximation and emergence problems, and topic modeling. In the past, my work has dealt with prefetching and recommendation of documents to Internet users, interpretation of remote sensing images, and request routing in peer-to-peer network communities. My recent work covers web services discovery and recommendation, and trajectory analysis.

I work with Mohamed Quafafou (PR, AMU, LSIS).

In the past, I worked with Luigi Lancieri, Bruno Crémilleux, Einoshin Suzuki, Arnaud Soulet, Thierry Charnois, Pierre Gançarski, Germain Forestier and Sébastien Derivaux.

Keywords: itemsets discovery, concept lattice, hypergraphs, approximation, emergence, classification, clustering.
