Research activities

My research field is Data Mining. The aims of my work are to improve the access to information and knowledge discovery. I work on new algorithms and methods of frequent itemset discovery, formal concept analysis, and hypergraph transversal computation. My research axis are: approximation, emergence, and enrichment. The proposed algorithms and methods are developped with a broad applicative scope: web services (discovery and recommendation), P2P network (query routing), smart cities (trajectory analysis), and medecine (liver fibrosis).

I work with Mohamed Quafafou (PR, AMU, LSIS).

In the past, I worked with Luigi Lancieri, Bruno Crémilleux, Einoshin Suzuki, Arnaud Soulet, Thierry Charnois, Pierre Gançarski, Germain Forestier and Sébastien Derivaux.

Keywords: data mining, frequent itemsets, concept lattice, hypergraphs, topic models, approximation, emergence, classification, recommendation, perception.
